If you've moved hosts or rebuilt your server, your existing license key will still be bound to the old one. Contact Support with your order number and we'll reset the binding so your next check-in binds to the new server instead.
This is a manual step on our end deliberately — it stops a leaked key from just being freely rebound by whoever has it.
