Everything you've purchased is available under Account → Downloads. If a product includes a license key, you'll also find it under Account → Licenses.
If an order shows as still "pending" a few minutes after paying, refresh the order page — it double-checks with the payment provider automatically. If it's still pending after that, contact Support with your order number.
